Manuel Rodriguez is an associate in the firm’s corporate and financial services group. Mr. Rodriguez has experience in counseling domestic and foreign clients in complex matters relating to general and asset backed finance, cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. In addition, Mr. Rodriguez has represented clients in the sale, lease and financing of commercial aircraft, as well as a variety of other banking and financial services matters. Mr. Rodriguez has worked on transactions and represented clients in the United States, Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Caribbean.
Prior to joining ARHM&F, Mr. Rodriguez was an associate with White & Case LLP, where he worked on a variety of domestic and international matters.
As an undergraduate of Florida International University, Mr. Rodriguez earned Bachelor of Arts degrees, magna cum laude, in psychology and philosophy, and was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa and Phi Sigma Tau honors societies. Mr. Rodriguez then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, where he was a member of the Latin American Law Students Association.
As a member of the Florida Bar, Mr. Rodriguez is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. Mr. Rodriguez is also a member of the American Bar Association and the Florida International Bankers Association. He is fluent in verbal and written Spanish.
