Juancarlos Sanchez is an associate practicing in the areas of litigation and arbitration. Mr. Sanchez’s experience includes federal and state court litigation involving business torts, fraud, contracts, intellectual property, banking, partnership disputes, commercial lease disputes, real estate disputes, injunctions, and enforcement of judgments.
Mr. Sanchez also has experience in employment arbitration matters before the American Arbitration Association and securities arbitration matters before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA).
Prior to joining ARHM&F in 2009, Mr. Sanchez was an associate at a well known firm in Miami for four years.
Mr. Sanchez is a member of the Florida Bar, Dade County Bar Association and Cuban American Bar Association. Mr. Sanchez is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Florida and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Mr. Sanchez earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration, cum laude, from St. Thomas University in 2001 and he earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in 2004. While in law school, Mr. Sanchez was a member of the University of Miami International and Comparative Law Review. Mr. Sanchez also participated in VITA, the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program offering free tax help to persons and families with low to moderate income. During his last year in law school, Mr. Sanchez was a certified legal intern for the University of Miami Children and Youth Law Clinic, where he assisted staff attorneys in providing legal representation to indigent children in the foster care system. Recently, Mr. Sanchez served as a judge in the University of Miami School of Law’s Moot Court Competition.
