An associate at ARHM&F, Eduardo F. Rodriguez specializes in the area of commercial litigation and arbitration. Mr. Rodriguez’s experience includes federal and state court litigation, including cases involving general contracts, real estate disputes, shareholder disputes and fraud. Before joining ARHM&F, Mr. Rodriguez was an associate at a civil litigation law firm in Coral Gables, Florida.
Mr. Rodriguez earned his J.D. in 2006 from Florida International University College of Law where he was the recipient of the Cuban American Bar Association Scholarship and the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards for Business Organizations, Corporate Finance, Federal Income Taxation and Estate & Gift Taxation. He was a member of the FIU Law Review, where he served as an Articles Editor (2005-06) and his student comment was selected for publication in the Fall/Winter 2006-07 issue. Mr. Rodriguez was also a member of the Hispanic Law Student Association, where he served as President (2005-06) and Treasurer (2004-05), of the Student Bar Association, where he served as 3L Day Class Representative (2005-06), and of the Cuban American Law Society. Mr. Rodriguez was also selected by his law school classmates to deliver the commencement speech at their graduation. Mr. Rodriguez earned his Bachelor’s degree in Economics in 2002 from Florida International University and his Master’s degree in Finance in 2003 from the Chapman Graduate School of Business at Florida International University. He currently serves on the Florida International University College of Law Alumni Advisory Board.
Mr. Rodriguez is admitted to practice in the state courts of Florida and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
