Erik Muelle is an associate practicing in the areas of banking and lending, general corporate and real estate law. Mr. Muelle represents domestic and foreign lending institutions, private investors and individuals in the areas of commercial and residential lending transactions, as well as regulatory compliance. He also counsels domestic and foreign entities in the areas of asset sales and acquisition, organizational structuring and incorporation. Mr. Muelle has represented various real estate development clients in the areas of condominium law, contract administration and landlord-tenant law.
Mr. Muelle earned a bachelor's degree, with honors, in 1999 from the University of Florida and went on to earn a Juris Doctorate degree in 2002 from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. While at the University of Florida, he participated in the Spanish American Law Students Association.
As a member of The Florida Bar, Mr. Muelle is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. He is fluent in verbal and written Spanish.
